The death has occurred of Luke McGrath, Knockroe, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Cloondaharra, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. 7th December 2020. Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar. Predeceased by his sons Tommy and Luke, brothers Tom and Patrick, and sister Celia. Luke will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Colleen, Cathy, Betty and Ann, brothers Johnny and Jimmy, sisters Betty and Kathleen, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

A private family funeral will take place, in accordance with current guidelines. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding at this difficult time. Luke will be reposing at Gaynor’s Funeral Home, The Square, Castlerea from 11am on Thursday morning for family and close friends. Removal at 12 noon to St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea for Mass of the Resurrection at 12.30pm and can be viewed on https://www.facebook.com/gaynorsfuneraldirectors. Burial afterward in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
