Unexpectedly at Galway University Hospital. Daniel will be sadly missed by his wife Amanda, daughters Rachel and Amber, brother Jeff, sisters-in-law Dorothy and Habiba, niece, nephew, extended family and friends.

Funeral arriving at The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross, Dublin for service at 2pm on Saturday (22nd February) followed by cremation.
