The death has occurred of Catherine (Kate) Kelly, née Forrestall, Cloonelt, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 9th May 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary, husband Peter Jr. and sisters Josie Ryan and Mary Adams. Kate will be sadly missed by her husband Sean, son Leo (Navan), daughter Shauna (Kilbane, Moycullen), children Gerard, Carol and Jason and their partners Sonia, Chris, Imelda, Joanne and Annie, brothers Martin (Moyne), Tommy (Southampton) and Michael (Birmingham), sisters Margaret (Shanahan, Templetuohy), Pauline (Morris, Killenaule), Nancy (Kelly, Cloonfower), Christina (Small, Birmingham) and Bridget (Loughnane, Templetuohy), grandchildren Sean Óg, Conor, Cormac, Caoimhe, Thomas, Emma and Caoimhe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Gaynors Funeral Home, Castlerea from 5pm on Thursday evening with removal at 7.00pm to St. Brigid’s Church, Cloonbonniffe. Mass of the Resurrection will take place on Friday morning at 12 noon followed by cremation at 4pm in Shannon Crematorium.
