The death has occurred of Helen Cahill, née Regan, SuperValu, Main Street, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and late of Curraghard, Lisacul, Co. Roscommon. Helen passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home in the presence of her family. Predeceased by her husband Frank, her brother Anthony and her sisters Rita, Bea and Winnie. Helen will be sorely missed by her son Anthony, daughters Ann (Fahey, Castleknock), Helen (Salthill) and Breeda (Salthill), grandchildren Cathal, Domhnall, Sinéad, Eoghan, and Ronan, great-grandchildren Cian, Frankie, Luca and Ava Rose, daughter-in-law Angela and son-in-law Pat, brother-in-law Michael (Canada), sisters-in-law Josie Cahill (Brackloon), Mai Cahill (Brackloon and Foxford) Bridie Dempsey (Elphin) and Kathleen Brennan (Warrington), relatives, neighbours, dear friends and those who cared for her, helping to keep Helen at home, Rita and Vanessa.

Helen will be reposing at her home from 5pm to 8pm on Wednesday evening. Removal from her home on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial afterward in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
